Did the Health Care Bill Pass Today? Yes! Considered one of Obama's greater victories, the House of Representatives voted to pass the bill by a 219 to 212 margin which was 3 votes above the necessary majority of 216.
This victory means extension of the health care to tens of millions uninsured American and regulation of insurance companies from denying people from pre-existing conditions.
